Ho’oponopono

Standard

I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
First I say these phrases
to myself,
then I take them in,
repeat,
repeat,
repeat.
At some point
I can believe that
I really do love myself,
I really do forgive myself.
When I have healed my wounds
and established right relations
with myself
then and only then
can I establish right relations
with others.
If we can all become right with ourselves,
then we can all become right with the world.
I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
