How To Be Stronger

I realized I can do this.
I can redirect my mind.
I can think better thoughts.
I can help myself feel better.
I can focus on what I want.
I can release the past
by believing in my future.
I am strong.
And I can learn how to be stronger.

  1. “I can release the past” the one I cling to so dearly, that informs, my present identity. It’s like giving away a childhood toy or something of comfort. But. In order to move forwards, seems, we must release the past. Thanks for reminding us we can, and should, do that. 👏🙏

    • Hi Deon. I was going for brevity, but the past I’m releasing is the story that things shouldn’t have happened the way that they did. I’m in full on acceptance mode. Fighting against what already happened is sheer insanity. I’m releasing the need to fight the past. I’m working on blessing all of the characters that have come into my life and releasing the ones that don’t light me up. Best wishes to you on your path. ✨❤️🌈🙏🏻
